FAQs for Payouts

We'll add 20% of your account balance at the time of issuing your store credit to your payout.
An example:
- Your (Re)Selling Account balance is $50.
- 20% of $50 is $10.
- We'll add $10 to your payout, so you will receive $60 in total as store credit with us. YAY!

We'll issue your store credit as a Second Skin E-Gift Card. This will be emailed directly to you.

Yes but only if it hasn't been used within 2 years from the date issued - plenty of time to shop with us!

Log into your Selling Account.
Your most recently sold products are on the homepage of your account, along with the date sold.

Valid payouts will be processed within three business days.
Bank transfers
We bank with Kiwibank. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 48 hours for it to show in your account.Store credit
As soon as you receive your E-Gift card, you can start spending it. -
GST is Goods and Services Tax - 15% of the sale price payable to Inland Revenue.
